Thank you for shopping at AgedYouTubeChannel. We appreciate your business and strive to provide high-quality established channels. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. General Digital Product Policy

Due to the digital nature of our inventory (aged YouTube accounts and digital assets), all sales are final. Once account credentials or access links have been delivered, we generally do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations, as digital assets cannot be returned once handed over.

2. Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

We understand that unexpected issues can occur. You may be eligible for a replacement or a refund only under the following strict conditions:

• Delivery Failure: If we are unable to deliver the account credentials within the specified timeframe due to an error on our part.
• Pre-Existing Issues: If the account is proven to have had a pre-existing ban, suspension, or severe restriction at the exact time of delivery, and you report it to our support team within 24 hours of purchase with valid proof (screenshots or video logs).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be granted under the following circumstances:

• Change of mind after the account has been delivered.
• Account restrictions, warnings, demonetization, or bans caused by the buyer's actions, content, or failure to follow YouTube’s Terms of Service post-purchase.
• Failure to secure the account immediately after delivery (e.g., failing to update recovery phone numbers, emails, or enable Two-Factor Authentication).
• Issues arising from using prohibited third-party automation tools, VPNs, or proxy setups that violate platform rules.

4. How to Request Support

If you encounter a legitimate issue with your delivered account within the 24-hour window, please contact our support team immediately with your order number and detailed proof of the problem. We will review the case and work with you on a resolution (such as a replacement account if the claim is verified).
